Once you have completed the sign up process and made your first order, you can then keep earning points with every following order, earning 1 point for every £1 you spend. And for every product you buy – and make a review – you get another 5 points!

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS
Our points redemption is ‘stackable’ – this means you need 250 Points for a £5 Voucher, 500 for a £10 Voucher and so on.
Once you reach 250 points, you can redeem your first £5 YOYO voucher. Or save them up for a nice present to yourself when you’ve earned more points!
Saving your vouchers looks like this!
If you have:
- 250 points → £5 voucher
- 500 points → £10 voucher
- 750 points → £15 voucher
- 1,000 points → £20 voucher
You can redeem as many vouchers as you like in one go.
Use Your Vouchers on Anything in Store
You can even use it with our STANDARD discounts!!! These are our 20% off when you buy 2 or more full priced toys and 30% off when you buy 3 or more full priced toys!
It does not combine with our Welcome discount – as you won’t have any points on your first order to claim.
It does not combine with our seasonal and flash discounts.
How to Check Your Points Balance
Just log into your JTT account and open the LOYALTY PROFILE tab.
There you’ll see:
- Your current points
- Your voucher history
- Your available rewards
How to Check AND Redeem Your Vouchers!
Creating your YOYO voucher is easy:
- You will need to be logged in on our website
- Look for the logo/rewards button at the bottom of any page
- Click first option to see how to earn points
- Click second option to create a voucher
- Select how many points you want to use (in multiples of 250)
- You will be given a code
Your voucher will apply immediately to your order total.
