FEEDBACK HIGHLIGHT

"I have no improvement ideas to offer. I have bought nine or ten different toys spent more than I care to admit because I got large/xxl sized and custom colors and i could not be happier with your quality designs and functionality of the dildos. Unmatched in my opinion. There are some fine toys from oxballs, bad dragon for example but save the oxballs fisting ports noone can out do you folks. And I have bought from a good many companies. Sometimes a design that looks bad ass is not much fun once in my playroom. I have yet to be disappointed by a purchase from you guys. Thanks for the quality work and superior design that go into your products! Cheers!"

FIRMNESS

Firmness is always a subjective topic, and we received every type of request imaginable—more supersoft, harder firmness, dual density, and more.
We aim to strike a balance by offering two firmness options across our range, usually soft or medium.

We currently have no plans to change this, but we have taken on board your comments about occasional inconsistencies, and we’re actively working to improve this.

COLOURS

Another wonderfully subjective area!
Many of you love our colours, while others prefer more standard or more realistic options. We do our best to offer a balanced selection, and overall it seems we’re hitting the mark.

We love creating new colours, and we have lots of new collections coming this year. Keep an eye on our newsletters for updates.

Instead of discontinuing toys, we’ll be updating the colour options they’re available in.
Our fast stock turnover is what allows us to offer clearance lines and great sales—this is also why we don’t offer bespoke colours or custom orders.

LOYALTY PROGRAMME

You asked… and we listened!
Many of you mentioned missing our old loyalty programme, so we’ve brought it back bigger and better and added a Wishlist feature too.

You’ll find your Loyalty section in your account profile, where your wishlist is saved.
(At the moment, wishlist items aren’t colour/size‑specific, but we’re working on it.)

You’ll also find your referral link there—refer a friend and you’ll both receive 5% off.

BRINGING BACK OLD DESIGNS

We heard you loud and clear—and we agree!
We’ve already brought back several classics, including:

  • Edgware
  • Chubby Cedric
  • Merman (formerly Koi Toi)
  • Twisted Tentacles
  • Conka

Coming in the next month:
Italian Stallion, Loved Up Stump, The Buffalo, The Predator, Slim Jim, Barbarian, and more.
(Some may get new names!)

NEW DESIGNS

You also asked for new and more outlandish designs.
Recently released: The Greedy Filler, Angus, Hans, Lars, Hopper, Boulie, Huntsman, with three more on the way.

We’re also working on additional designs—including a couple in collaboration with customers.
We can’t reveal those yet… secrets are fun.

PRICING

We recently updated our pricing structure.
While rising costs had to be factored in, our main goal was to reduce RRPs while still allowing us to run good sales (though with slightly smaller discounts).
Our new loyalty programme will help you save even more.

A common question is why prices jump between sizes.
Please remember: XL toys can weigh up to 10× more than a Small, meaning:

  • 10× the silicone
  • Much longer curing times
  • More complex handling
  • Some require three people to remove from the mould

Our copper moulds give the best finish, but they also require strict handling and add to production complexity.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re always working to improve this.
We recently added DDP (duties paid upfront) for the USA and EU. This is still in trial, and once we’re confident it’s working well, we’ll look at expanding it.

Around 15% of customers using DDP said they prefer the old method—likely because, depending on platform fees, it can sometimes work out cheaper to pay duties separately.

BAFFLING COMMENTS

A couple of things we want to clarify:

  • We are not posting political content anywhere. We’re not sure what this refers to, but rest assured we’re not involved in any political messaging.
  • Our branding is not placed on the shaft of any product—only on the base. Another company does this, but we do not.
Newer models have a raised shield; older ones have “JohnThomasToys” engraved.
