Our Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions of this Online Service Agreement carefully. By accessing the information on this adult website you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions do not access the website. Access to this site is age restricted to individuals of at least 18 years of age and the material within the site herein must not be shown to a minor in accordance with UK law.  For those outside the UK, access is restricted to those over the age of majority and legally able to view and purchase products of a sexual nature.  

Contract
The contract to purchase a product or products is made when JTT Ltd has received your submitted shopping cart form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order(s).  This contract is legally binding in accordance with UK law.

Stock
All goods remain the sole property of JTT Ltd until such time they have been paid for in full.
JTT Ltd will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific product not being available at a specific time.

All stock items are subject to availability and may differ from the image(s) displayed.  We will always try and *substitute with a similar product(s) if the stock is unavailable to dispatch. (*unless you contact us prior to dispatch)

Substitutions
We may, in error, be out of stock of the product(s) you have ordered, as such we will then contact you via email to inquire if you would like a substitution or refund.

Loyalty Programme

Our Loyalty Programme is under trial until 21/08/2026.

You can earn points by subscribing, entering your birthdate and buying products.  For every £ spent, you earn 1 point.  Additional points can be earned along the way.  250 points will give you a £5 discount voucher, vouchers can be stacked.  

You must be subscribed to earn and spend loyalty points.  Loyalty points may be lost if you unsubscribe.

Drop Shipping
We do not use third party distributors to expedite our product(s), all stock sent is direct with ourselves.

Customs & Import taxation
If you order from outside the UK, (to countries that we do not offer DDP to) you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be borne by you (unless specifically stated in your order that import taxes are included); JTT Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered  the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit or refunds for items seized by the customs service of any country.  

Customer Service
JTT Ltd will  make every effort to respond to any customer service issue. We will provide feedback and answers to your questions as quickly as possible. Our service level is to respond to email inquiries within a maximum of two working days. Please submit any requests and questions to support@johnthomastoys.co.uk.

Privacy Policies
Information Collection and Use:  JTT Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed  in this statement. JTT Ltd collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site. You will be added to our mailing list automatically, to be removed  from  this list please advise us at any time by emailing us at support@johnthomastoys.co.uk.

Customer
We request information from the user in our shopping basket. Here a user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for invoicing purposes and to fulfil customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.  It is your responsibility to provide your correct contact information which will be used for shipping purposes.  If a delivery is terminated due to incorrect address or a false name provided, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

You may become a registered customer, in which case we will save the information you have provided. This will enable you to use the site without retyping your information.

Returns & Refunds Policy - Silicone Toys

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and our reviews show that over 99% of our customers are. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If that happens, we’re here to help.

All returns must follow the conditions below to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

You have the right to return unwanted goods within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:

• The factory shrink wrap is still intact, and
• The packaging has not been opened, removed, or tampered with

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the seal has been broken.

We fully comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, and we aim to make the returns process straightforward and stress‑free.

How refunds are issued

When a change‑of‑mind return is approved:

• We automatically issue store credit once the item is received and inspected
• If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, simply email us and we will process it manually

Refund deductions for change‑of‑mind returns

If you request a refund instead of store credit, the following deductions apply:

• 3% payment processing recovery fee
• £5 restocking/admin fee

These fees do not apply to faulty or incorrect items.

Postage

For change‑of‑mind returns:

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are not refunded, as these costs have already been incurred to ship your order
• International Delivered Duty Paid items may be subject to the duties paid being deducted from any refund.

This applies to UK, EU, USA, and all international customers.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

This can be a very confusing issue with refunds.  When paying internationally, the platform that handles the currency exchange charges a fee - this fee is not refunded and may work both ways.  This is why we have store credit as the default method as this avoids all the costs involved and you keep the exact amount you spent as store credit.  We hope that you will choose to spend it - but if this is not what you want we will always honour the monies refund but sadly it will always be less than you spent due to the platform fees.  

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item arrives with any defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the matter immediately.

If a manufacturing defect develops within 365 days of purchase, we will also resolve the issue promptly.

In cases of confirmed fault or error:

• You will receive a full refund or replacement
• Return postage is covered by us
• Original shipping fees are refunded

 

Lifetime Warranty

Our products are made from high‑quality silicone with no mechanical parts, electronics, or components that commonly fail. When cared for correctly, they can last a lifetime — which is why we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

To qualify for the lifetime guarantee, products must be cared for properly. Improper care or misuse will void the warranty.  You must have purchased direct from John Thomas Toys (JTT Ltd).

 

Care Guidelines

Do:

• Clean your product before and after each use
• Ensure it is completely dry before storage
• Store in a moisture‑free environment
• Use the provided storage bag only when the product is fully dry

Don’t:

• Bend, twist, or manipulate the product excessively
• Leave the product wet or with lubricant on it for extended periods
• Allow a wet product to come into contact with dyed materials (this may cause discolouration)
• Use oil‑based or silicone‑based lubricants
• Use anything other than water‑based lubricants designed for silicone products
• Use sharp objects near the product — cuts or scratches compromise the smooth surface and can harbour bacteria

 

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing defect and you have followed all care guidelines, please contact us with:

• Proof of Purchase (claims can only be made by the purchaser)
• Clear photographs
• A description of the issue
• Details of how the product has been stored and cared for

Important notes

• Any signs of misuse will void the lifetime guarantee
• The provided storage bags contain black dye, which will transfer onto the product if stored while wet — this is a clear indicator of improper storage
• Products must always be stored fully dry to prevent deterioration, mould, bacteria, or other contamination

 

Complete vs Partial Returns

Complete Return

If you return your entire order because you changed your mind:

• Store credit is issued automatically
• If you request a refund, the 3% fee + £5 restocking fee apply
• Original shipping fees are not refunded
• Full refunds (no deductions) apply only to faulty or incorrect orders

Partial Return

If you return only part of your order:

• Store credit is issued for the returned item(s)
• If you request a refund, the 3% fee + £5 restocking fee apply only to the returned items
• Original shipping fees are not refunded
• Full refunds apply only to faulty or incorrect items

 

ACCESSORIES

 

Our no‑quibbles returns policy and lifetime warranty apply exclusively to our range of premium silicone toys.

Please note that accessory products are excluded from these enhanced policies. This includes, but is not limited to:

• lubricants
• chastity cages
• Clone‑A‑Willy kits
• towels
• shower heads
• cleaning products
• and any other non‑silicone accessory items

These items are covered solely under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides protection in cases where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Because of hygiene and safety considerations, accessory items cannot be returned for change of mind and must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging where applicable.

Accessory products do not qualify for:

• our lifetime warranty
• our no‑quibbles returns policy

They are eligible only for the remedies required under UK consumer law if a fault is present.

Under‑Age Purchases

Our products are intended for adults only. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your region).

If we discover that an order has been placed by someone under the age of 18:

Before dispatch

The order will be cancelled and refunded in full less card fees.

After dispatch

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct all shipping, handling, and associated costs from any refund issued. Returned items must remain factory sealed and unopened to qualify for any refund.

No warranty, return rights, or lifetime guarantee apply to orders placed by individuals under the age of 18.

 

BARGAIN BINS

Bargain bin items are sold as unseen items that may have minor faults but still be body safe.  We do not offer returns on bargain bin items, they are also governed my normal current consumer law.

Life Time Replacement Warranty
Life Time warranty is included with all John Thomas® sex toys.

• Please keep your original purchase invoice as proof of purchase.
• The Life Time warranty is valid within the United Kingdom & Rest of the World without limitation.
  Customer is responsible for postal charges completely.
• If you discover a defect and notify John Thomas Toys® we will replace the sex toy free of charge.
• The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the sex toy.

It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect and/or when our silicone toys have been used with a silicone lubricant or oil based lubricant.

Silicone toys must be stored separately in protective bags supplied, storing toys together can cause a chemical reaction and may melt the silicone.

To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt / invoice.

Sex toys under a warranty claim must be returned (together with Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number) to John Thomas Toys®. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This undertaking is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.

If you experience any problems with your sex toy, have any questions regarding its operation or believe you are eligible for a warranty claim, please contact support@johnthomastoys.co.uk

Delivery
All UK order(s) are expedited same working day via Parcelforce® if ordered before 14:00 GMT otherwise your order may be processed & dispatched the next working day.  Any missing item(s) must be reported to customer services within a 48 hour period  from date of receiving goods.

Excess shipping charges may apply due to excessive weight(s) and/or destination of the country.

You must notify within a 28 day period if your goods have not been delivered.

Refused / Returned goods
If your goods are returned to us as insufficient or incorrect address stated by customer or goods are refused by customer there will be a returns fee:-   UK 7.95 GBP +VAT, ROW 24.00 GBP these charges reflect the actual cost incurred from the courier company.

Taxation
We offer DDP to most EU countries and USA.  Orders delivered to all other countries will be subject to import duties and are the customers responsibility.

Country of origin
The platinum silicone is manufactured & imported from the USA, poured & packaged in Mainland China & designed in the UK.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We use session cookies (only for when you are on our website) to enhance your experience and make life easy for you. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. We do not use adware, spyware, malware or any other topical online tracer.

Log Files
We use Log Files to identify IP addresses, browser type, domain name, date and time users have accessed our website. The data is used to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing
We do not share or sell your personal details to any other third party, unless asked to do so by the police and/or governing body.

Legal Disclaimer
We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.

We use email links located on the "contact us" page to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in. We directly respond  to messages related to customer orders. For all messages that do not relate to customer orders – storage of such data is not filed on either hard copy or digital formats respectively.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information through the Web site, their information is protected both online and offline.

Our staff will not disclose any customer information, names or purchasing information to anyone outside of JTT Ltd, unless required to do so by law enforcement.

If fraudulent activities and/or malicious and practical jokes are suspected your I.P address will be stored and given to the relevant authorities.

Orders of high value and/or unverified may be subject to additional fraud prevention.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available -- SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, which happens when you are just "surfing."

Registration & Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify JTT Ltd of any unauthorised use of your registration or password.

Special Offers & Promotions
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or have not informed us that you would like to be removed from the mailing list(s), from time to time you will receive electronic mail containing special offers and upcoming promotions, please contact us if you would rather not receive such material and you will be remove from our mailing list(s) a.s.a.p. We do not exchange or refund products that are discounted for clearance unless item(s) are faulty.

Specification differences
Size & weight of product(s) may vary slightly than stated on specifications - we weigh and measure dimensions by hand as such exact dimensions are not obtainable unless laser scanned, also weight varies according to firmness selected.

Notification of changes
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Privacy Policies page that can be accessed throughout the site, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by email.

Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Shipping & Billing
To further ensure your privacy, all of JTT Ltd products are delivered in plain packaging, the shipping label does not display any returns address which is to ensure complete anonymity not even the courier will know where the package has originated from.  On some international shipping forms we are legally required to enter information, such as our business address and or product information. We make our best effort to keep this as private as possible but we can not over rule legal requirements.

Charges to your credit / debit card will be shown as JTT Ltd.

We are not responsible for the service that Parcelforce® provide.

All package(es) are dispatched in a plain double wall cardboard box(es).

Material displayed on our website or herein our mail order facilities are completely legal and conforms within the United Kingdom’s guidelines, however if you are having your order shipped abroad then you are solely responsible for the regulatory laws in your country and/or state/province.

Safety & Usage

John Thomas Toys® are for adult use only.

The use and/or misuse of large insertables can cause serious personal injury, usage of our sex toys are at the customers own risk.

• If you have any past or pre-existing physical or mental conditions then liaise with your doctor before use.
• Do not use our toys if you are pregnant or liable to become pregnant.
• Do not force a toy inside your body or be overly ambitious with the size of the toy you use. Exercise caution and common sense and build up very slowly over time and allow your body to get used to a small toy before you move up to something bigger.
• If you ever feel pain or discomfort stop using the toy immediately and contact your doctor for advice. Numbing creams are not recommended.
  Before using our toys ensure it is in perfect condition and do not attempt to modify or alter in any way.
• Using our toys orally carries a genuine risk of choking and even death, so use with care.
• If you intend to use temperature play with our toys, then never use extreme temperatures of hot or cold as these can produce internal burns or other damage to sensitive body parts. Always test the toy’s temperature before insertion.
• Always use lubricant prior to bodily insertion. Test the lubricant on the toy beforehand and do not use silicone based lubes.
• Wash and dry your toy before and after every use and inspect for damage. Store the toy in the faux velvet storage bag on its own.
• If using our toys you must act sensibly and responsibly and commit to regular check ups with your doctor to ensure it is safe to continue by ascertaining your oral/vaginal and/or rectal health.
• Do not use our toys if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
   

Using our toys carries a real possibility of serious injury both physically and mentally and you do so at your own risk. JTT Ltd will not be held responsible for an injury, loss or damage incurred.

Intellectual Properties

JJT Ltd design rights will be upheld and enforced should a third party infringe our copyright.
