All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal®. Your card and payment details are never visible to us — they are handled exclusively by the payment providers.
We are PCI DSS and GDPR compliant, meaning we do not store or have access to any customer payment information.

All UK prices shown include 20% UK VAT.

Europe & USA – Duty Paid Storefronts
We now offer dedicated storefronts for European Union Countries and the USA. All European countries outside of the EU will be subject to their countries import duties to be paid prior to delivery.
When shopping through these regional storefronts:
- Prices are shown inclusive of all duties and import taxes
- Your order is shipped duty paid (DDP)
- You will not receive additional customs charges on delivery
- Checkout will automatically calculate the correct taxes based on your region
Canada & Rest of World
For customers outside the UK, EU, and USA:
- We do not charge tax at checkout
- You are responsible for any taxes or duties applied by your country upon import
Refunds & Card Processing Fees
If you cancel an order paid via Shopify Payments, we reserve the right to deduct the non‑refundable card processing fee charged by the payment provider. This fee typically ranges from 1.7% to 2.7%, depending on the card type and country.
