ORDER EDITING
We understand that sometimes you may need to make a change after placing your order. To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, we offer flexible order editing through Re:Check, with a few important guidelines.
Editing Your Own Order
You can edit your order at any time before it is fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be changed.
Fulfilment Window
Our fulfilment window runs from 10am to 2pm GMT.
Orders placed during this window may be processed very quickly, and we cannot guarantee that edits will be possible. If your order is already being packed or fulfilled, editing may be disabled.
Price Changes When Editing
If your edit increases the order total
You will simply be charged the additional amount at checkout when confirming the edit.
If your edit decreases the order total
The difference will be issued as store credit automatically.
If you cancel your order in full
A store credit will be issued for the full product value.
If you would prefer a refund instead of store credit, please contact us and we will process it manually.
Refunds are issued less card processing fees, as these are non‑refundable to us.
Refunds Instead of Store Credit
Store credit is our default for:
- Order reductions
- Partial cancellations
- Full cancellations
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, simply email us.
Refunds will be issued minus card processing fees, which are not returned to us by the payment provider.
When Editing Is Not Possible
Order editing may be unavailable if:
- The order has already been fulfilled
- The order is currently being packed during the 10am–2pm fulfilment window
- The requested change is not supported by Re:Check
