The 20‑micron TPU membrane in our blanket offers optimum performance - strong enough to block liquid, flexible enough to remain comfortable, and durable for repeated use. It is well‑suited to premium textile applications such as bedding and protective throws.

Warranty (Textiles & Accessories)

Our waterproof blanket is covered by a standard warranty for manufacturing defects only.
This warranty applies for 14 days from delivery, in line with UK consumer rights.

This warranty does not cover:

wear and tear
abrasion or pilling
damage caused by incorrect washing or drying
staining, dye transfer, or discolouration
accidental damage (cuts, tears, burns, pet damage, etc.)
performance issues caused by excessive liquid saturation

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, blankets cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty.

You may return the blanket within 30 days if:

it is unused,
unwashed,
and in its original packaging and condition.

Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Minor variations in stitching, embroidery, edging, or colour are normal in textile production and are not considered faults.

Care Instructions

To maintain the blanket’s performance and appearance, please follow these care guidelines:

Machine wash on a gentle cycle at less than 30°C
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not bleach
Do not use fabric softener
Avoid sharp objects or abrasive surfaces
Allow the blanket to air‑dry fully before storing

Waterproof Performance Notice

This blanket contains a waterproof membrane designed to resist liquids during normal use.
However:

extremely high volumes of liquid,
prolonged saturation,
or pressure on pooled liquid

may reduce performance.
This product is not a medical‑grade waterproof barrier.

All products returned will be checked for damage to the membrane caused by any of the above - if any damage is found, refund will be voided.

Our Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to our platinum‑cured silicone toys.
Textile accessories, including towels and blankets, are not included in the Lifetime Warranty.
